This is the recipe:
- All purpose flour - 5 cups
- Non fat millk powder - 1/2 cup
- Instant dry yeast - 1.5 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 2 cups
Repeat this process for the remaining 3 part of the dough.
Grease a loaf pan and place the dough balls next to each other. Ruchi's tip was to place them close together so that the dough is forced to rise up instead of sideways. It worked well for me :).
Cover these pans with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for about 1-2 hours. The dough balls will rise to double their original size.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
