I recently ordered the mill attachment for my KitchenAid stand mixer and have been making homemade flour from all sorts of whole grains :).
Make a smooth batter. It should not be runny. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F. Fill your desired mini cupcake pan with the batter. Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with a spicy, tangy blueberry chutney. |

About Me
Those who know me usually raise their eyebrows when I tell them that I have "discovered" cooking. Until very recently, my idea of cooking meant going in the kitchen, whipping up something fast and easy and getting out of the kitchen asap. It worked for so many years until my daughter started saying she wanted to bake with me and be a good "cooker".
